With more than 35+ years of experience in the central Contra Costa and Benicia marketplaces, Simone has seen it all as a successful broker and brings that knowledge to work for her clients.

Not only does Simone offer her talents in listing and selling properties, but she also has a background in mortgage lending. With an in-depth knowledge of both the mortgage and finance worlds she can untangle most of the mysteries of home loans for her clients.

Her teaching credential from the State of California in Real Estate Finance has allowed Simone to create programs for the public the local Pleasant Hill Adult Education school. Since 1989 she has taught the classes “Buy & Finance Your Dream Home” and “Sell Your Home For Top Dollar”. These classes have proved to be so successful that they are still in the offerings of the school 35 years later!

With Simone’s extensive industry connections ranging from home inspectors and contractors to select lenders; her exceptional commitment to service, and her strategic understanding of attentive listening to client’s objectives, Simone is relentless about delivering high value.
